The Main Responsibilities:
1.Closely work with line manager & employee to follow & coordinate employee hiring, transition and exit process according to related SOP.
2.Develop & improve staffing process continually.
3.Conduct new employee 1st day orientation.
4.Key in staffing related information to HR & staffing system.
5.Design analysis report for regular requirements.
6.Provide momentarily query-date support.
7.Responsible for staffing information system maintenance & development to align with staffing objective.
8.Responsible for e-hiring system maintenance & development.
9.Screen CV and provide candidate shortlist to line manager according position requirements.
10.Conduct junior position Interview and provide professional comments to hiring manager and in charge evaluation center.
11.Responsible for hiring advertisement internal/external posting.
12.Involve other staffing activities such as campus recruitment etc.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in IT, Psychological, Legal or related
2.Good English communication skill both written and spoken.
3.Good PC skill and familiar with database management.
4.At least 2 years working experience with 1 years experience in staffing function
